“ADHERE TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES” BISHOP OSEI-BONSU
The Most Reverend Joseph Osei-Bonsu, Bishop of the Konongo-Mampong Diocese has called on Ghanaians to “do well to adhere to the health and safety guidelines that have been outlined to curtail the spread of covid-19 in Ghana.”
“If people wore their masks, washed and sanitized their hands regularly, and observed social distancing, the nation would be able to overcome the virus.” He said.
He further added that “covid-19 is real. However, together, we can combat the virus if we comply with the safety protocols that we have been given.”
Bishop Osei-Bonsu made these comments in an interview with SekTadi Radio on Monday, February 8, 2021, a day he was commemorating his 73rd birthday. He thus expressed gratitude to the faithful for their prayers and best wishes on the occasion of his birthday.
